Early Life and Academic Achievements
I was born in 1991 in Bulgaria, and grew up in Turkey.
My journey started in Turkey, where I consistently ranked among the top students throughout my education. I graduated as the top student in my primary school and ranked second in high school, which led me to Boğaziçi University—Turkey’s top university—where I earned my degree in Chemistry.
While I was originally trained as a scientist, my curiosity didn’t stop at the lab. I’ve always been fascinated by patterns, problem-solving, and the logic behind how things work—whether in nature or in business. This curiosity led me to Poland, where I pursued a Master’s degree in Finance. It was there that I began combining my scientific mindset with financial strategy.
My educational path gave me a unique blend of skills: analytical thinking from science, and strategic, data-driven decision-making.
Career
After completing my Master’s in Finance, I began my professional journey in Poland at Accenture, where I worked as a Content Quality Analyst. This role gave me my first hands-on experience in a global environment, sharpening my attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.
Soon after, I joined Brainly, a global EdTech startup, which marked a major turning point in my career. What started as a role quickly turned into an 8-year journey of growth, learning, and leadership. During my time at Brainly, I received four promotions, reflecting my evolving contributions across marketing, operations, and strategy.
Throughout those years, I led high-impact projects, launched initiatives that drove measurable growth, and helped scale the brand globally. One of my proudest achievements was contributing to a 92% increase in brand visibility in the first year of a key marketing project I led. I thrived in the fast-evolving startup environment, where I combined creativity with data, and long-term vision with hands-on execution.
